Terms and Conditions for Panama Bubble Trips (Bubble Tree SA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour, activity, stay or service with Panama Bubble Trips (Bubble Tree S.A.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Panama Bubble Trips reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its discretion.

2.2 Payment

Payment must be completed according to the schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to comply may result in cancellation. Credit card payments are processed by Trekksoft AG (Switzerland). “TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING” will appear on your bank statement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the Client

– More than 72 hours before the tour: Refund minus non‑refundable fees or third‑party costs.

– Less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund.

– No‑show: No refund or rescheduling.

Some tours may have stricter cancellation rules due to transportation, community agreements, or operational requirements. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank.

3.2 Cancellation by Panama Bubble Trips

We may cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, natural events, safety concerns, operational issues, or insufficient participants. Clients may choose: a new date, a credit, or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. Panama Bubble Trips is not responsible for additional expenses (hotels, flights, transport).

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, and loss of personal belongings.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and any required documentation.

5.2 Health & Physical Condition

Some activities require a minimum fitness level. Clients must determine their ability to participate safely and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements. Panama Bubble Trips may refuse participation if safety is compromised.

6. Liability, Risks & Release

6.1 Acceptance of Risks

Outdoor, wildlife, maritime, and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injuries, wildlife encounters (including monkeys and other animals), bites, scratches, allergic reactions, sudden weather changes, strong currents, waves, water ingestion, panic, drowning, slippery surfaces, uneven terrain, falling branches, boat movement, impact, or instability. By participating, the client declares being in adequate physical condition and voluntarily assumes all such risks.

6.2 Company Liability

Panama Bubble Trips is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from reckless behavior, failure to follow instructions, incorrect use or refusal of life jackets, undeclared medical conditions, personal decisions (leaving the group, swimming in unauthorized areas, approaching wildlife), or situations beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Wildlife Interaction – Monkey Island & Similar Tours

Clients must follow all wildlife guidelines: no feeding, no touching, no approaching animals, no sudden movements, no exposed food, secure personal items. Panama Bubble Trips is not liable for injuries or damages caused by wildlife behavior.

7. Safety Rules & Conduct

7.1 Mandatory Life Jacket Use

Life jackets must be worn at all times during maritime activities. Refusal implies full acceptance of responsibility.

7.2 Respect for Wildlife, Communities & Environment

Clients must respect local communities, indigenous groups, and ecosystems. Photos of indigenous people require prior permission.

7.3 Alcohol & Behavior

Excessive alcohol consumption or unsafe behavior may result in exclusion without refund.

8. Itinerary Modifications

We may modify itineraries, transportation, schedules, or activities due to safety, weather, or operational reasons. If the tour is still carried out, such modifications do not entitle clients to partial refunds.

9. Punctuality

Clients must arrive on time at the meeting point. Late arrivals are considered no‑shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

10. Personal Belongings

Panama Bubble Trips is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

11. Photography & Marketing

Participants may be photographed or filmed during activities. Panama Bubble Trips may use these images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the tour.

12. Minors

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Some activities may have age restrictions.

13. Maritime & Navigation Safety

All maritime activities follow safety regulations and may be modified or suspended at the captain’s discretion.

14. Client‑Requested Changes

Changes to dates, names, or tour types depend on availability and may incur additional fees.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions).

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be handled by Panamanian courts.

17. Final Acknowledgment

By submitting your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the liability waiver.
