What you will do
We will pick you up at your hotel in Panama City in the morning at the time of your choice, but preferably early morning (before 8am) and drive to Gamboa.
Walk on the trails and relax watching the hummingbirds in the Visitor Center at the borders of Soberanía National Park, walk up the spiral staircase of 174 steps of the observation towers brings you to the resting & observation platforms every 8m until you reach the top deck at 32m high, just above the forest canopy.
The Panama Rainforest Discovery Center located at 45 minutes from Panama-City is an ecotourism and environmental education project which main goal is the conservation of birds through environmental sustainability projects.
